About Fiuzat Law Offices, P.C.

Attorney Nima Fiuzat, a native of Fort Collins, CO, was born to immigrant parents, Abbas and Faye Fiuzat. His ties to Clemson date back to 1984 when his father assumed a position as a Civil Engineering professor at Clemson University. Nima's mother, a prominent figure in the local business community for 32 years, owned a Subway shop. His accomplished older sister, Mona, has made significant contributions to the medical field.

In 2001, Nima earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University. Subsequently, he joined the pharmaceutical research company Amarex in Washington, D.C., departing in 2004 to pursue legal studies at Wake Forest University School of Law. In 2007, he earned his Juris Doctorate, followed by a Master of Laws from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2011.

Post-graduation from Wake Forest, Nima initiated his legal career at a boutique immigration law firm in Greenville, SC, before joining KPMG LLP in Atlanta, GA, one of the renowned "Big Four" accounting/consulting firms. After earning accolades at KPMG, Nima pursued further studies at the University of Alabama, and upon completion, he returned to Clemson in 2012 to establish his private practice, Fiuzat Law Offices, P.C.
